ABOUT ARISE CASS TECH:
The Arise Cass Tech Career & Student Development program is designed to provide students with information about career options, which includes working for a company and entrepreneurial opportunities. With the continuing decline of the automotive industry and other related jobs, it’s important that students are exposed to other options. By sharing information about your career you can help students make critical decisions about the career paths they'll choose, as well as help them decide which college or university to attend.
We do understand that your time is valuable and limited, and this is why we are asking you to commit only one (1) hour per semester to speak to a class or group of students (2 hours total).
- Presentations should include, but are not limited to:
- Training or education requirements necessary
- Earnings and promotional opportunities
- Trends in the industry
- Stereotypes and misconceptions about the industry
- Clubs and organizations to join
- Pros and cons of working in the industry
How can you become a volunteer?
